Bay Springs HOA

Welcome to Bay Springs!

Also known as Shadow Bay Springs, located in the SW Orlando Florida community area of Dr Phillips (32819), near Universal Studios and the International Drive tourist area. We are a neighborhood of 207 single family homes, managed by an elected Board of volunteer residents.

We are proud to say that our schools are the best in the area: Palm Lake Elementary, Chain of Lakes Middle, and split between Olympia High and Dr Phillips High. And we strive to keep our neighborhood affordable and comfortable for all residents.
